　　金毛狮王一定程度上丰富了倚天中明教这条线的情节，谢逊和成昆如何从师徒变为仇敌，阳顶天和成昆怎么会从莫逆之交变成一对死敌，杨逍殷天正等人如何成为一代大侠，这些都是该剧吸引大家眼球的资本所在。
　　当然该剧的硬伤也不少，和其他“杜撰金庸剧”一样，部分情节捏造的有些与原著无法联系，但整体上对于喜欢金庸剧的朋友来说这还算是一道不错的小菜。
